- Understanding operational and financial KPI’s
- The differences between profit and cash
Finance for Non-Financial Managers – Advanced
Elements include:
- Interpretation of financial statements
- The relationship between Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Building business cases • Identifying if proposed investments are financially viable
- Interpreting key ratios within the business such as ROCE, Margin
